"You" is the persons using the services that Dribe A/S is providing.

Delivery of our services
Purpose
The personal data is used with the purpose of delivering the services that you have ordered including hardware, software, support, consulting services and courses.

- Name*, address*, email*, phone number
- User ID*
- Purchase history and invoice details
- Payment details*
- Information about support inquiries as well as information about your evaluation of our service in connection with support inquiries

Basis for processing
We process personal data on the following legal basis:
- GDPR Article 6.1.b Necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of measures taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- GDPR Article 6.1.f Necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interest in being able to provide our services to you, and to display relevant information about your use of the vehicle to you, as well as further develop our services in our app so that we can offer new functionalities in the app that will optimize your user experience. In addition, it is in our interest that you and other Dribe users can share and see reviews of the cars offered in our app.
Recipients
We may share your personal data with:
- Group companies
- Suppliers and resellers, including IT suppliers, IT support
- Suppliers of goods
- Public authorities, advisors and financial institutions
Retention:
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned:
- Documentation of support inquiries are anonymized after 5 years
- Feedback of the quality of provided support (evaluations surveys) is deleted or anonymized after 5 years
- As long as you are employed at the company where you employed at the time of ordering
- As long as you are an active customer with us, meaning we have been in contact with you within the last three years
- As long as the ordered equipment is used by the company you ordered the equipment for
4. Transfers to countries outside the EU / EEA
Some of the third parties we share personal data with may be located outside the EU and EEA. For example:

In some cases, the country is approved by the European Commission as a so-called "safe third country", and otherwise the transfer takes place based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. Purpose
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide customized marketing
- In particular, the LinkedIn process your personal data to improve their ad system and personalization of the activities on their platform.

- Any communication you have with us through our pages/profiles, such as questions comments on our posts.
- IP address.

- GDPR art. 6.1.f. Our legitimate interest in being able to provide customized marketing and for LinkedIn to improve their service and their advertising system.

LinkedIn may, among other things, share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Other entities in the group of companies of which the Providers is a part of.

- Other individuals who visit our social media profile or page (to the extent your information is publicly available).
- Scientists and other academics.

Retention
We process the personal data as long as it is deemed necessary for the purposes stated.

Your rights:
As LinkedIn functionally are able to take the necessary steps to meet your requests regarding your GDPR rights, we encourage you to contact them. However, if you believe that Dribe can meet your request better than LinkedIn, then please contact us via info@dribe.io.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data.
- You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
- In particular, you have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal of your consent.
- You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
- You can always lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. Datatilsynet in Denmark.
You can exercise your rights by contacting us via info@dribe.io and withdraw your consent. There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. Therefore, it is not certain that you have the right to data portability in the specific case – this depends on the specific circumstances related to the processing activities.
